This page allows customers who have purchased a genuine URMISA SHINE product to register that purchase and activate their product guarantee. This page does not offer any product for sale, and no transaction takes place here.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your warranty, including your name, contact details, and product and purchase information. We reserve the right to decline or invalidate a warranty registration submitted with false or misleading information.
URMISA SHINE microfiber products are backed by our guarantee of 500 washes from first use, subject to proper use and care as described in your confirmation email and on our product packaging, including but not limited to washing in room-temperature water, avoiding fabric softener, bleach and ironing, and drying on low heat. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, normal wear beyond the stated guarantee, or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose. Proof of purchase may be required to process a guarantee claim.
GSM (grams per square meter) is the industry-standard measure of fabric weight and density. Manufacturing naturally involves some variation in raw material weight, and it is common industry practice for finished fabric weight to vary within a tolerance of its labelled GSM.
Our microfiber cloths are manufactured to a Minimum Weight Assurance, calculated as no more than 5% below the labelled GSM value for the product's stated dimensions. The specific assured weight for each product is stated on its product listing.
Every URMISA cloth is individually weighed before dispatch to uphold this assurance. If you have any concern regarding the weight or quality of your product, please write to us at care@urmisa.com; we review all such concerns individually. If you purchased your URMISA SHINE product through Amazon, Flipkart, or another online marketplace, any concerns relating to your order, delivery, returns, or refunds should be directed to that marketplace's customer support. This page and its associated contact address (care@urmisa.com) relate only to product guarantee and care matters, not order fulfillment.
The URMISA and URMISA SHINE names, logos, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of URMISA, used under claim of common law rights. You may not use, reproduce, or copy any part of our brand identity without our prior written permission.
Our liability in connection with your use of this page and any guarantee claim is limited to the repair, replacement, or original purchase value of the product, as we determine appropriate. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these Terms and Conditions as our products, services and website evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
