Your product's woven label carries the essential steps for quick reference. The habits below help you get the most out of every wash.
Wash before first use. This activates full absorbency from day one.
One cloth, one surface. Don't cross-use between surfaces. If unavoidable, rinse thoroughly (5–6 times) between uses.
Rinse dusty surfaces with water before wiping. Trapped grit between cloth and surface is the most common cause of scratches.
Machine wash cold with a mild liquid detergent on a gentle cycle.
Squeeze — never twist — excess water after washing. Twisting stresses and can permanently distort the fibres, reducing both absorbency and the cloth's working life. Finish with a low tumble dry.
Replace it. Once your URMISA SHINE microfiber cloth stops performing the way it used to, it's earned a well-deserved retirement.

GSM — grams per square meter — is the industry standard for fabric weight and density. Manufacturing naturally involves some tolerance from a fabric's labelled GSM. Rather than leave that tolerance unstated, we commit to it: every URMISA cloth is manufactured to a Minimum Weight Assurance, calculated at no more than 5% below its labelled GSM, for its stated dimensions. You'll find the exact assured weight for your product on its product listing.
